Do you need my ChatGPT password?
No. We only need your login email to identify the account. The top-up is completed on your own account with a voucher or redemption link. Anyone asking for your password or a verification code is not us.
How fast is activation?
Usually 1–5 minutes after payment. Some Pro plans need manual handling and are typically done within a few hours. It can take a little longer at peak times — if it isn’t active after 30 minutes, contact support.
Will I lose my chat history?
No. The membership is added to your existing account, so your chats, projects and custom GPTs stay exactly as they are.
Which accounts are supported?
Any personal account that can sign in at chatgpt.com, including accounts registered with Google, Apple, Microsoft or email. For Business or Enterprise accounts, please ask support first.
My membership hasn’t expired yet — can I renew early?
Usually it can’t be stacked. Please contact support after your current membership ends. To upgrade from Plus to Pro, check with support first.
Can I buy several months at once?
Not recommended. There’s no official multi-month personal plan — repeated top-ups overwrite each other, so you’d still get one month. Just top up again when it expires.
Plus or Pro — which should I choose?
Plus is enough for everyday writing, study, research and general coding. If you use Codex heavily every day or need Pro-level reasoning, consider Pro: 5x, 10x and 25x give about 5×, 10× and 25× the usage of Plus, and 25x also includes Ultrafast mode.
Does the membership include API credits?
No. ChatGPT membership and the OpenAI API are billed separately; API usage needs its own credits on the developer platform.
Can several people share one membership?
Not recommended. Under the official terms, personal plans are for one person only, and sharing can trigger security checks. For teams, ask support about multi-account options.
